Ramesh Ariyanayakam Chief Operating Officer, The Americas

Ramesh started his academic studies with a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College, University of London, then continued to train as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Young in London and finally earned an MBA at Imperial College in 1995. Ramesh has been instrumental in the growth of Scicom and is currently the head of the Americas division of that company, residing both in Chicago and Tampa, Florida. Ramesh is also a member of the CCAM and CCNG.

Susan Bates Vice President of Human Resources, The Americas

Susan Bates is the Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas. She earned her BA degree in Global Human Resource Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. Susan brings to Scicom 15 years of progressive Human Resource experience. Her previous experience includes supporting multiple contact centers for Chase Paymentech. Susan's core strengths lie in her ability to recruit top performers, put solid policy and procedures in place and support the strategic growth of the organization. Since joining Scicom in January of 2006, Susan has proven herself to be a key contributor to the strength, growth, and success of the organization.

Lauren Lindsey Vice President of Operations, The Americas

Lauren is the Vice President of Operations for the Americas. She brings with her more than 17 years of business process and contact center management. Prior to joining Scicom, Lauren spent 15 years with Chase Card Services, holding senior management roles with responsibilities that spanned, portfolio and site integration and migration; Six Sigma program/project management and training delivery; IT Product Development Lifecycle project management and release deployment and Operations Management. Lauren is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing and is also a JPMorganChase and Co certified Six Sigma Black Belt and CCNG member.

Pablo Enriquez Director of Finance, The Americas

Pablo is the Director of Finance for the Americas and joined Scicom, Inc. in January 2006. Pablo has over 30 years of experience in domestic and international finance and accounting environments. He earned his experience while occupying high profile finance positions with International Fortune 500 companies, which include Division Controller for U.S. Tobacco, Controller for Mitsubishi Int., and Nestle-Libby's, International Accounting Manager for Tropical Sportswear Int., and Director of Finance for Tampa Maid Food. Pablo holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Interamerican University in Puerto Rico and has been an active member of the U.S. Institute of Management Accountants since 1994.

Lucky Zorbas Director of Information Technology, The Americas

Lucky is the Director of Information Technology for the Americas and has over 15 years of IT experience, 10 years of which are in the area of Contact Center support and three years of Contact Center Operations Management. Lucky is currently responsible for providing the direction for all IT, Security and Facility related activities for Scicom Inc. within North America. Prior to joining Scicom, Lucky was employed eight years with Nokia Inc. performing various management roles including project management, sourcing management, and vendor relationship management.
