Leo has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Contact Centre Management and integrated marketing, having worked in senior management positions in diverse industries such as manufacturing, international trading, consulting and IT management.

As the CEO of scicom Leo provides the necessary leadership to manage the business and operational vision for the company which includes strategy , technology , people , culture, finance and operations for scicom globally.

Under his guidance scicom has won several major international industry awards, and the company is now widely regarded as one of the premier contact centre and BPO providers in the Industry with an unblemished performance record. He has been instrumental in building scicom as the leader in contact centre outsourcing, BPO, training and CRM consulting solutions in Asia Pacific and is a respected visionary and leader in this rapidly growing industry.

Willie Lim
Senior Vice-President of Operations

Willie has over 20 years industry experience in general management including sales and operations. As Senior Vice-President of Operations, he manages the day-to-day operations of Scicom (MSC) Berhad ’s Global Contact Centers operations as well as the demanding client's expectations.

Prior to joining scicom he was an Executive Director at Abric Bhd (a company listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange). He was also the Country Manager of UPS Malaysia Bhd and the General Manager of Electrolux Home Centres. Willie has a Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Singapore.

Jayakumar

Jayakumar is an associate of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators. He has over 22 years experience in financial management and corporate services. His previous employers include Sime Darby Bhd, Halim Rasip Group (Ganz Technologies Bhd).

Benny Philip
Senior Vice-President, Projects & Planning

Mr. Benny Philip qualified with a master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras, India. Mr. Philip started his career in 1991 with Intercraft South Exports where he became an Assistant Personnel Officer until early 1992 when he left to join Unilever to become a Personnel Executive until 1994. Thereafter, he joined Indo Matsushita to become Assistant Manager HRD, where he served from 1994 until 1996. In 1996 he joined Ford India as Manager of Human Resources and worked there until 2000. From 2000 until mid-2004, Mr. Philip worked with HSBC where he was Head of HR Group Service Centre in India before he became Vice President HR for their Group Service Centre in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

In 2004, Mr. Philip joined scicom as Vice President of Projects & Planning, where his main responsibilities include the development of the Company's HR Strategic Plan and the management of the HR function for the scicom Group, which include its operations in India. Mr. Philip brings with him experience in both specialist and generalist roles in HR, having established and headed the HR function for HSBC's 2000-seat customer contact centres in India and Malaysia .

Viji Rajasundram
Senior Vice-President, Technology

Viji has over 18 years of experience in the technology arena, having worked in various multinational companies in Malaysia, Singapore, the United States & The Philippines. His industry experience covers the Oil & Gas, Gaming (Lottery), Satellite Data and Television Broadcasting, Mobile Telecommunications & Finance industries. His last position before joining scicom was as Director of International Marketing for ICO Global Communications Limited, a data over satellite communications service provider. He has a Degree in Computer Science from Australia and an MBA from Boston University.

Radah Krishnan Vijaya Gopal
Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning

Mr. Radah Krishnan graduated with a professional accounting qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, United Kingdom in 1997. Mr Radah started his career in 1992 with Bistacorp Sdn Bhd. He later joined Eascom Sdn Bhd in 1993 as a Junior Accountant. In continuance of his employment with Eascom Sdn Bhd he was seconded to Marketworld Holdings Limited, Dublin Ireland where he served as a Junior Accountant from end-1993 to 1997. He later returned to Malaysia in mid-1997 to join Coopers and Lybrand Consulting Services Sdn Bhd as an Associate Consultant in Mergers and Acquisition. He was thereafter promoted to the position of Consultant in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Services, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting Sdn Bhd in 2000.

Mr Radah joined scicom as a Consultant in Corporate Planning in 2002 and was later appointed as Senior Manager - Corporate Planning in early-2003 prior to taking up the position of Vice President of Corporate Planning in early-2004 where his responsibilities include in assisting the Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning to formulate strategic plans, execute business development initiatives for strategic clients, project management and liaison with key government authorities in Malaysia and India. He then moved on to be in charge of scicom's Indian operations as the Vice President of Operations and was primarily responsible for executing scicom India's strategic direction and its day-to-day operations. He is now back into Corporate Planning as Senior Vice President with added responsibilities of helping scicom expand its growth globally. Mr. Radah, has over 14 years experience in the areas of consulting, accounting and finance and has over the years been involved in a variety of corporate exercises in a diverse range of industries.

Michael Daly
Senior Vice-President – Operations

Michael has more than 20 years of experience in managing customer care and technical support organizations. Before joining Scicom in 2007 as a Principal Consultant developing a new BTEC accredited Contact Center Training Program, he was at Dell Computer. During his tenure with Dell, he was the Sr. Regional Director of Strategic Operations for the Asia Pacific territory. One of his many achievements was the implementation of a process optimization program that helped set new levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, effectiveness and profitability across the APAC region. Before coming to APAC region, Michael served as Director of Technical Support Service for corporate accounts in North America with Dell.
Prior to Dell Computer, Michael was attached to the consulting firm of eProcesses Inc. as Senior Vice President of Operations. During the 1990's, he was responsible for the development and implementation of day-to-day operations with domestic and international call centers clients. Responsible for over 20 start-up operations during his career, he has held upper management positions with teleservices agencies ranging in sizes from 30 to 2000 plus workstations. The client list include fortune 500 companies and start-up dot-com companies across multiple verticals such as banking, higher education, telecom, IT and hospitality industry. His area of expertise covers outsourcing, sales, marketing and management of technical and support services.
Michael holds a master's degree in International Business, a black belt in six-sigma and certification from COPC and Purdue Benchmark Portal. With this background, he has contributed as a judge for Contact Center World Awards and locally with CCAM in a consulting and judging function.

Jerry Rajendram
Vice President, scicommarketing

As the Vice President of Integrated Marketing, Jerry is responsible for the corporate branding of scicom and its intellectual properties to a global approach, with the intention of formulating an integrated marketing arm to scicom’s existing service offerings. This is another innovative, value added property that plays a key role in the company’s expansion and growth plans both internally and externally for its existing and potential client base. He is also responsible for scicom’s internal and external communications (Marcomms) and Public Relations initiatives.

Jerry holds a BSc (Hons) in Behavioural Science from the U.K. and a MSc (Hons) in Behavioural Science from the U.S.A. Jerry comes with over 14 years practical experience in advertising from J.Walter Thompson, Dentsu, Young & Rubicam and DraftWorldwide. At JWT, Jerry spend 7 years managing a list of global and regional brands, with the last two years being involved in the setting up of JWT’s integrated marketing arm, specialising in Relationship Marketing (“RM”).

He then joined Dentsu, Young & Rubicam to strategically develop a specialist service subsidary in Relationship Marketing to benefit DYR's base of clients, both locally and regionally. He then turned his attention to managing, directing and restructuring the rapidly growing DraftWorldwide into an integrated agency in the Asia Pacific region. He was the first Malaysian ever to be represented in DraftWorldwide's Board of Directors.

Some of the brands that Jerry has managed over the last 14 years range from FMCGs and Institutions to Corporations. They are :- KGF, Nestle, Salem, Citibank, Arab Malaysian Group, Emartel, ASTRO, Ericsson, NEC, Toyota, Stamford College Group, Philip Morris, HSBC, DiGi, Burger King and SIA.

Shanti Jacqueline Jeya Raj
Vice President, Total Quality Management

Shanti joined Scicom in 2000 as a Customer Relationship Executive and over the last 6 years has risen through the ranks to her current position as Vice President of TQM and is responsible for ensuring that the group's quality initiatives including processes, compliance and accreditation are constantly reviewed, monitored and enhanced.

Prior to joining Scicom. Shanti worked in several multinationals for over 12 years in marketing communications, training development, and client services. Shanti comes armed with a degree in Business Studies from Australia and a Diploma in Public Relations.

Brenda Marshall
Vice President, Scicom (Academy) Sdn Bhd.

Brenda joined Scicom as the Vice President of Scicom (Academy) and is in charge of spearheading Academy's business opportunities and the development of customised training solutions together with the expansion of its repertoire of products and services for both internal and external clientele. She also oversees the Academy's marketing and operational strategies.

Brenda holds a B.A in Mass Communication, and LLB (University of London), LLM (University of New South Wales, Austaralia). She has extensive experience in marketing, advertising and management garnered from 25 years of service with the New Straits Times Press (Malaysia) Berhad where she held the position of Senior Manager, Marketing Support prior to joining Scicom.
