Overview
SCICOM is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider, with a focus on the provision of outsource services for the Customer Relationship Management portion of our clients businesses. We provide primarily Inbound and Outbound Customer Service, Technical Support and all forms of associated fulfilment, through an integrated multi-lingual, multi-channel approach. In addition, we also provide customer service and contact centre training and development programs, consulting and marketing advisory services. We are one of Malaysia’s largest employers in the BPO space and have won awards that signify our strong service delivery competencies in this space.
Listed on the Bursa Malaysia on 26 September 2005, our primary focus is the maximisation of long-term shareholder value on the basis of strong financial performance, striving to adopt the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and trust.
