The Networks and Communications Department (NCD) oversees all telecommunications and network related aspects of Scicom’s operations. It also takes on the role of project managing projects of a technical nature. Utilizing technology such as VOIP, MPLS etc., NCD works with telecommunication providers around the world in building the networks which will provide Scicom the reliability and scalability to deliver quality voice and data traffic, while being cost effective and therefore attractive to our prospective clients.

This team allows Scicom to provide not only the human resource elements of Contact Centres, but to provide all of the complex infrastructure that goes with it, from PABX functionalities and  Call Logging to network design and architecture,  as well as the fully integrated monitoring of systems and networks. Scicom’s Technology Solutions team, through its Networks and Communications Department is able to provide clients with an all inclusive solution to meet their requirements.
