Vinay Menon brings to Scicom his extensive industry experience spanning 23 years in the domains of GSM Services, ITES Operations and Manufacturing in diverse functions like Profit Centre Management, Business Development, Marketing, HR, IR and Training. Having had stellar stints in world class organizations like Bharti Airtel, UTI Otis Elevator, IBM BTO and BPL Mobile, Vinay has ensured that the India arm of Scicom delivers zero defect support to its clients, and swears by the “ICE Philosophy” that takes cares of the entire gamut of ‘Investor – Client – Employee’ interests.  An Electronics & Telecom Engineer by qualification, Vinay has attended some of India’s top notch institutions for courses in Business Management and Training & Development.
     
  susan Abhisek
Head of Operations


Abhishek heads the Operations and MIS departments for Scicom India. He brings with him more than 10 years of Contact Center Management experience. He joined Scicom in 2006, prior to which he was associated with various MNCs namely GE Capital, Convergys and AMEX, holding management roles with responsibilities that included Operations Management, Workforce Management, Site integration and Project transitions. He holds a Bachelor’s degree and management Certifications including CCRP (Credit Consulting Risk Prevention - USA) and Six Sigma – KPMG.
     
  lauren Arghyadeep Bose
Head of Total Quality Management


Having close to 8 years of experience in the Quality Management domain, Arghyadeep Bose has had successful stints with organizations like Accenture & Fidelity Investments. Possesses deep experience in managing business operations, process improvement initiatives, Quality Assurance frameworks for contact centers and off shored business units. Deep has been exposed to the modern Quality frameworks of Six Sigma and COPC.
     
  pablo Krishnamurthy KAvadi
Head of Finance and Accounts


Krishnamurthy is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants and heads Scicom’s Finance, Accounts and Administration Departments in India. He joined Scicom in March 2007 .His portfolio of responsibilities includes accounting and financial management activities as well as general administration, corporate and secretarial affairs, budgeting and treasury activities for the India arm of the Company. He carries over 10 years of relevant experience.
Prior to joining Scicom, Murthy has previously worked with companies like Schneider Electric (R & D Center), ICICI Bank and also has 2 years of experience with a multinational organization in Kuwait.
     
  lucky Neeta Dabral
Head of Human Resource Management and Learning & Development


Neeta heads the departments of Human Resource Management and Learning & Development. She has 15 years extensive experience in Information Technology and the Business Process Outsourcing space. With rich exposure to people, cultures, behaviors and organizations, her innate strength lies in her interpersonal skills, ability to multi-skill and deliver under pressure.

Neeta’s personal style of leadership is to drive organization change and partner with the business to deliver solutions to support company business objectives and inspire break-thru results.

She is a graduate of Prairie State College, USA.

     
  Peshotan
Head of Information Technology


Peshotan heads Information Technology department for Scicom India. He has over 18 years of experience in IT of which the past 10 years have been in the Contact Centre space. He is responsible for all IT related activities which include infrastructure management, planning, sourcing and implementing cutting edge technology solutions. Pesho has been a part of the Scicom family since 2004. In his past assignment he has had direct interactions with various clients in USA/UK and has been responsible for successfully delivering services both offshore and onsite in co-ordination with offices overseas. Pesho holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce along with a diploma in International Computing from National Computing Centre - UK. He is also certified in ITIL V-3 Foundation from EXIN.
