For USA based clients, we can manage the project from our (onshore) Tampa offices, with the option of using our offshore resources (Malaysia / India etc) to provide certain operational support.

9. I am a retail company. What services can Scicom provide to me?
We provide many Customer Contact Services including acquisition, customer service and back-office support. 11. I see that you are headquartered in Malaysia. What made a Malaysian Company open offices in the USA?
We are a Malaysian based company with a global footprint that includes the USA, Asia, Middle East and the Africa’s. We recognize that many of our US clients prefer to have us service their clients either exclusively from our Tampa office or from a combination of Tampa and one or more of our off-shore service centers.

We have been in business for 14 years providing outsourcing solutions across a wide range of industries.
