Take incoming telephone and email enquiries, group flight reservations, complaints and questions from customers using appropriate listening, questioning and empathy skills.
Language requirements for this post includes being fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Qualifications/ Work experience/Skills:
Minimum SPM/STPM with prior working experience (preferably in contact centre environment) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic computer knowledge : MS Office (Word & Excel)
Able to speak region specific languages fluently. Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and French based on their supporting country desk satisfactorily as requested by the customer base.
